India on driving seat as India’s Lead Extends, Over 300 in third test match against England

NEW DELHI:  At Trent Bridge, though Virat Kohli again lost the toss, India have shown great resilience despite being 0-2 down. A disciplined batting helped India score 124/2 in their second innings, taking 292 runs lead at stumps on the second day of the third Test against England at Trent Brige on Sunday.

Riding on a five-wicket haul from all-rounder Hardik Pandya, India dominated Day 2 of the third Test at Trent Bridge, Nottingham. With 124 for 2 on the board at stumps, India extended their lead to 292 runs, strengthening their grip on the match.

The total lead is now 313 and there is a bright chance of India to win its 1st test match aginst the English. Men in blue are 2 down in 5 match test series against England.
