Militants abduct 4 policemen in Jammu And Kashmir

SRINAGAR: Four Jammu and Kashmir policemen have been reportedly abducted in  Shopian district on Friday, 21 September.
One of them was later released. As per reports, Hizbul Mujahideen’s hand is suspected to be behind the act.

The three personnel who are still missing include two Special Police Officers (SPOs) and one police constable. Hizbul Mujahideen commander Riyaz Naikoo is suspected to be behind the abductions, as he had warned Jammu and Kashmir Police personnel to resign. The abducted policemen were identified as Firdous Ahmad Kuchey, Kuldeep Singh, Nisar Ahmad Dhobi and Fayaz Ahmad Bhat, said a senior police official.

J&K police has launched a massive manhunt to track them down.
