New ISIS-Linked group found In Delhi, North India: Probe Agency


NEW DELHI: Multiple searches are being conducted in various parts of Delhi and Uttar Pradesh after which 10 people were detained by the National Investigation Agency with its probe into a new module of terror group ISIS.

The group was allegedly planning to carry out blasts in north India, especially in Delhi and allegedly linked to ISIS is called “Harkat ul Harb e Islam”,  officials said. 16 locations in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh were searched. The searches started early morning and are still underway, an official said. Visuals showed officials on the streets of Amroha in Uttar Pradesh were seen surrounded by locals.
